Guide to the Future charts can be purchased for

These charts are designed to inform you of all the planetary
aspects that will be occurring in your life over the coming months. They
are separated into Long and Short-term Influences.
Please note that we detail the beginning and end dates of all the transits that
fall within the lifetime of your charts. This means that dates can be seen
before and after the specified period of your chart.
Guide to the Future charts start at the date of purchase for
three months, six month or 12 months. Replacement charts should not be
purchased before your current chart has expired.
7 Year Life Map charts
7 Year Life Map charts give you a full explanation of the
major astrological influences that are due to come your way.
This mean that your Life Map chart may begin with dates that refer to the
recent past.
All the forecasts in your 7 Year Life Map are interpretations of long-term
trends involving the cycles and transits of the slower moving planets: Jupiter,
Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Jupiter takes about a dozen years to
complete one journey round the zodiac, while Pluto takes nearly 250 years.
These influences are the background stories in your personal development. The
purpose of any horoscope reading is not to determine what fate has in store so
you can surrender to it, but to see what it is planning so you can change it if
you wish.
Personal Profile charts
Personal Profile charts help you discover the essence of
your character, the nature of your heart and your true hopes, dreams and
aspirations. These charts contain a detailed commentary your Sun, Rising, and
Moon signs including the areas of Love, Money, Ambition, Health as well as many
others.
Personal Profile charts are ‘one off’ charts and should not
be purchased a second time.
Partnership Profile charts
Partnership Profile charts assess the compatibility of a
couple based on their individual birth details. Please note that these charts
do not predict the future of the relationship.
Partnership Profile charts are ‘one off’ charts with a
partner. These charts should not be purchased a second time with the same
partner.
How are they cast?
Jonathan and Oscar have written each and every word for each and
every astrological interpretation within any one birth chart. All these
interpretations are sitting in a database in a computer. When a person's birth
details (date, place and time - if known - otherwise use Sunrise) are put into
the computer, the computer then picks out the interpretations relevant to that
chart.
This is the only realistic way that we can cast charts for individuals. The
computer just helps to compile all those original words.
How are Charts delivered?
Horoscope Charts
Cainer Horoscope charts are delivered via a URL link in an email and we will also send you an email with your chart attached as a pdf file. When you click on the chart URL link, the next screen you will see is 'Oscar & Jonathan Cainer Horoscopes'. You can read your chart in your browser by clicking on the 'View It' link or in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format by clicking on 'download' link. When you open your chart in the PDF format, you have the option to save it for future reference and also print out your chart.
Cainer Horoscope Chart chartlink emails are despatched shortly after your chart order has been verified.
5 Star subscribers
Receive the usual Horoscope Chart chartlink email – they can
also view their charts via their 5 Star Service Home Page, scroll down to the
end of the screen and click on the link:
'View any chart purchases here'.
The next screen details all your chart purchases.
To view a chart, click on the chart name, charts can then be viewed in your
Browser or the PDF format.
Mobile Phones: Android or Smart Phone users
At the end of your chartlink email, you can press the 'Download' box to open and read your chart in the PDF format.
Alternatively, scroll down to the paragraph: 'You may also view or download your chart at:'
Press and hold the blue URL link.
The next screen you will see is 'Oscar & Jonathan Cainer Horoscopes'.
Below your name is a blue 'download' link.
When you press and hold the blue 'download' link your chart is downloaded in the PDF format.
You can find the chart in the 'Downloads' folder on your phone.
Mobile Phone: iPhone and iPad users In your iPhone or iPad email client, simply press and hold
the attachment link. It will give you an option to open in iBooks.
If you have difficulty viewing a chart, email chartquery@cainer.com, remember to include
details of the name and email address on your chart order form. We will then

How can I order a chart?
Can I purchase a chart for a child or a baby?
Charts can only be purchased for people over the
age of 10 years. This is because the current charts are not suitable for
children under the age of 10.

From the drop down menu,

Place a tick in the box to
select your chart. You can add or delete a tick by placing the cursor over the
box and clicking or tapping.
Which name should I use?
The name that you enter on
the chart order form doesn’t change the outcome of the chart.
Correct email address
It is important
that you enter a correct email address on your chart order form, if you do not
provide a correct email address, we cannot successfully deliver your chartlink
email.
Date of birth
Enter your date of birth in
the day/month/year format
Time of birth
Enter your local time of birth. Times are entered
in the AM/PM format.
Midnight is 12AM or
00:00:00 hours and Midday is 12PM or 12:00:00 hours.
If you only know
your approximate time of birth, please enter your best guess.
If time of birth is
unknown, please tick the option: ‘If you don't know your time of birth at
all, tick here (We will
calculate your chart using sunrise)’.
If you know your time of birth, do not place a tick in
the box
We use Sunrise when the time
of birth isn’t known because the majority of babies are born at that time of
day.
All astrological calculations take place in GMT-
Greenwich Mean Time.
Where appropriate, We adjust the local birth time to reflect
GMT - taking into consideration - any daylight saving and / or timezones
that were in operation at the time of birth.
Place of Birth
To complete the Place of Birth field type only the
name of town / city into the Place of Birth (town name only) field
Then click on the Continue box
In the next screen, scroll down and click on the row detailing your place of
birth.
For Montreal, Quebec, Canada you can type Montr –
then click on the Continue box.
In the next screen, scroll down to Montreal,
Quebec, Canada.

When you have
completed the Horoscope Chart order form – the next screen details your Horoscope Chart order.
If any corrections
are required click on Edit box, you will then return to your Horoscope Chart order

After you have
completed any corrections, you will be requested to reselect your Place of
Birth.

the corrected Chart Screen detailing your order.
At the end of the
screen – there are two payment options:Netbanx and PayPal.

5 Star Service
Subscribers to the 5 Star Service can view their chart
purchases by logging in.
On your Home Page scroll down to the end of the screen and click on the link:
'View any chart purchases here'.
The next screen details all your chart purchases.
To view a chart, click on the chart name, you can then view your chart in your
Browser or the PDF format.
Gift Chart Tokens
After you have bought your
gift, we will send you a Chart Gift Token Voucher by email.
You can either forward the email to your friend - or print it out and give it
to them.

When you successfully pay for your Horoscope Chart
via either of the secure payment websites: Netbanx or PayPal, they will send
you a separate verification of payment email. Receipt of this email verifies
your Horoscope Chart purchase. The email contains your unique Transaction Id
Number. If you haven’t received an email from Netbanx or PayPal it is likely
that you did not successfully purchase your Horoscope Chart.
If you have received a verification of payment
email but have not received your chart, please forward your verification email
to startech@cainer.com explaining that
you have not received your Horoscope Chart.

Why was my Horoscope Chart delivered so quickly?
Oscar and Jonathan Cainer have written every word for every astrological

You have not been charged. The chart payment system is set
up so you, and only you, can request and pay for a chart.
We run checks for any paid for, but unviewed, Horoscope Charts.
If any charts are unviewed, then we resend the chartlink email with the PDF version
of the chart attached. Sometimes, when there is maintenance on the charts'
database older charts might be resent.
I ordered an Horoscope Chart delivered via a chartlink in
an email –
The Horoscope Charts are delivered via a chartlink in an
email and you download them yourself. It is possible to print the PDF version
of your chart by clicking on the ‘download’ link on the 'Oscar & Jonathan Cainer Horoscopes' screen. Your chart will then open in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
Click on the Printer icon at the top of the screen, to print your chart.
The PDF versions of your chart should open automatically
when you click on the attachment. (The majority of computers and devices have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
However, if required, the Adobe Acrobat Reader software is available as a free

I can see repeat transits in my Guide to the Future chart
Some forecasts in my Guide to the Future are repeated. This
is because, when it comes to the swifter moving inner planets such as Mercury
and Venus, we all experience some of their aspects at least twice a year.
While some aspects repeat themselves a couple of times annually, others only
occur once every one, two, six or twelve years etc and some outer planetary
aspects occur only once a lifetime – if that. The important thing about your
Guide to the Future is that it informs you exactly when each aspect will be
making its influence felt in your life.
The birth details on my chart are incorrect, how can I
change them?
We will always amend, recalculate and resend charts, free of
charge. If the birth details in your chart are incorrect:

email, providing your correct birth details. Please provide dates in the
day/month/year format.
What is GMT? Why is my birth time adjusted to GMT?
