PREVIOUS THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY October 19 2015 to October 25 2015 Monday October 19 To Err is Human I must apologise for an error, last week, in my explanation of the complex relationship between the Moon, the Earth and the Sun. A surprisingly large number of people pointed this out. I'd like to correct my own error but I'm slightly worried lest I make yet another mistake in doing so! I'd also like to say that I didn't know I had so many scientifically minded readers but then, I'd be confessing to yet another point of ignorance! I can though, at least promise that this slight lack of technical expertise didn't compromise the quality of any predictions. Tuesday October 20 Sideways Shift? Hi there Jonathan, A reader wondered whether the end of the world could have already occurred and we're now in a parallel universe. This strikes a chord with me. Suddenly it's like a tap has been switched off. I used to be exceptionally lucky. Now the harder I try, the worse it gets. It's challenging, to say the least. I want our old world back! Wednesday October 21 Saturn's Return Dear Jonathan, I'm a Sagittarian, I was nervous about Saturn's return to this sign. Dear Jonathan, I note that there is a Full Moon on 27th October. Is this a bad time to make changes to your life or is it beneficial? Leona Dear Leona, Full Moons (and the few days building up to them) often seem to be more about changes that are being made by outside forces than the ones we have much choice over. But decisions made at Full Moon usually stick. This is why it is best, when reacting to events, to implement changes we have long been pondering rather than acting on impulses that have suddenly sprung up. Saturday October 24 Your Week Ahead Venus, Mars and Jupiter are now closely aligned. Early risers can see this, in the East, before sunrise. But, as with all astrological formations, we don't need to witness them in order to benefit from them.
