But surely the greatest example of the yo-yo diet is now growing in Capricorn. Tomorrow the Moon will be at its fullest before it begins the process of slimming down again... but not before it marks the peak of this process with a partial Lunar Eclipse. It's a promise that, even as the Moon's influence wanes, what we're working towards isn't just a temporary fad. Not if we're open to experiencing a deeper level of transformation. Tuesday July 16 Full Moon Eclipse More Sally Fisher Art here. A Full Moon represents the culmination of a process, the fulfilment of a promise and the realisation of a plan. Its arrival in Capricorn, the part of the zodiac associated with ambition, bodes particularly well for manifesting goals. But it's the Lunar Eclipse that makes me really excited about what can now be achieved. With Pluto's close attention, this is a more intense experience than we might ordinarily expect. Part of the therapeutic process involves analysing past decisions and addressing the consequences. Mercury (ideas and communication) is retrograde; going over old ground. Tomorrow it re-enters Cancer, at which point we will move from playing with the notion of how we might have behaved differently, to being more emotionally sensitive to issues from the past. This weekend it's the turn of Venus to move opposite Pluto, while the Sun and retrograde Mercury converge in Cancer. Taken together this suggests that we need to face up bravely to some difficult decisions. But it's also a promise that, no matter how difficult the process, we'll emerge stronger and more powerful. Our hearts are entering a period of regeneration as we begin to get a better sense of where we're heading. Despite how dark the journey may have recently been, the future remains bright.
