It's five years since Jonathan Cainer, my uncle, who wrote this column for over twenty years, left us to join the stars. He was much loved by readers not only of this newspaper but of publications all over the world. Although a lot has changed since then, the principles by which he worked have not. Like him, I interpret the movements of the planets and distil this analysis into descriptions and predictions about what's happening in our lives. It may not have been an Academy Award, but getting vaccinated made me feel like a winner! Of course, rather than twerking like Glenn Close, I shivered through the night. But despite the side-effects I'm so grateful to all the medical professionals whose hard work has given us hope of beating the pandemic. It's taken vision and ingenuity to get to this point.
